UAE-based company expands foothold in Saudi Arabian market with consecutive contracts
Greenline Interiors (GLI), a member of Greenline Group was awarded the interiors fit-out works of the Hilton Riyadh Hotel & Residence project, the scope of work to be completed by GLI covers an area of 20,800 m2 and the contract comprises of fit-out work on all public areas including all lobby areas, restaurants, the majlis as well as the banquet halls. Also included in the contract is the luxurious women and men health clubs to be built on the first floor.
A company insider was quoted as saying "It is evident that the Saudi market is currently booming, and as a result of that Greenline have been awarded the Fairmont and Hilton Hotel contracts, having previously worked with the world's leading hotel chains around the world." he continued on to say "In the coming weeks and months we will be announcing further projects in the region that will cement our place as one of the leading fit-out companies in the region".
